Ingredients:
- Demerara sugar, for rim of glass
- 15 ml lemon juice + 1 lemon wedge, for the glass
- 30 ml of cognac
- 30 ml of nut liqueur, such as Frangelico
- 30 ml of natural non-alcoholic apple cider
Preparation:
- Sprinkle some Demerara sugar on a saucer. Rub the rim of the glass with a lemon wedge and dip the rim into the sugar until it sticks.
- Pour cognac, nut liqueur, apple cider, and lemon juice into a shaker with ice and shake until completely chilled. Strain into a prepared glass.
