Corn on the Cob with Butter and Basil

Preparation:

Puree 60g of softened butter with 1/4 cup basil, the zest of 1 lemon, 1 clove of garlic, and a pinch of salt. Boil 4 ears of corn in salted water for 4 minutes, until tender.

Spread the corn on the cob with basil butter and 3 tablespoons of grated Parmesan cheese. Season with salt and pepper.
