Ingredients:
- Two sweet potatoes, 200g each, washed
- 2 teaspoons olive oil
- Unsalted butter for serving
- Chopped fresh chives for serving
- Special equipment: air grill with a capacity of 6 liters.
Preparation:
- In a medium bowl, toss the sweet potatoes with the olive oil, 1/2 teaspoon salt, and black pepper, coating them evenly.
- Place the sweet potatoes in the air fryer basket. Cook at 200°C until crispy on the outside and tender on the inside, turning halfway through, 35–40 minutes.
- Cut the top of each potato lengthwise, being careful not to burn yourself with the hot steam. Then fluff the flesh with a fork and sprinkle with a pinch of salt. Top with a knob of butter and a sprinkling of green onions.
