Carrot-orange smoothie topcook.tomathouse.com
Ingredients:
- 2 small carrots, peeled
- 1 medium orange, peeled
- 60 ml orange liqueur
- A few dashes (shake well) of orange bitters
- Maraschino cherry, for garnish
Preparation:
- Juice the carrots, then the oranges, following your juicer's settings for each fruit. Combine the juices with orange liqueur and bitters in a shaker filled with ice. Shake vigorously for 8-10 seconds.
- Strain into a tall glass filled with ice. Garnish with a maraschino cherry.
