Ingredients:
- 4 tablespoons unsalted butter, room temperature
- 1/4 cup fresh basil
- Grated zest of 1 lemon
- 1 clove of garlic
- 4 ears of grilled corn
- Grated Parmesan, for serving
Preparation:
- Combine the butter, basil, lemon zest, garlic, and a pinch of salt in a food processor. Blend until smooth.
- Spread basil oil over the grilled corn. Season with salt, pepper, and grated Parmesan.
