Shallots baked in foil

Preparation:

On a large piece of foil, combine 450 g of small shallots, 1 tbsp of sugar, 2 tbsp each of chopped parsley and chives, salt and pepper.

Top with pieces of butter and drizzle with red wine vinegar. Roll tightly into a flat envelope. Grill (on the cool side of a preheated grill) for 45 minutes, turning once.
