topcook.tomathouse.com

Ingredients:

  • 12 eggs
  • 4 tablespoons mayonnaise
  • 2 teaspoons mustard
  • 2 tsp sweet relish
  • Paprika to sprinkle on the appetizer

Preparation:

  1. Place the eggs in a large, wide saucepan and cover with cold water. Bring to a boil and cook for 12 minutes. Remove the eggs and let them cool. Peel and halve lengthwise. Separate the egg yolks and place them in a bowl. Place the whites on a separate plate. Add mayonnaise, mustard, relish, salt, and black pepper to taste to the yolks and mash with a fork until creamy. Using a pastry bag with a star tip, pipe the yolk filling back into each egg, filling the wells completely. Sprinkle with paprika. Refrigerate. Serve the deviled eggs cold.
