Ingredients:
- 220 g of prepared whitefish salad
- 12 slices of white bread
- 1 teaspoon pimento peppers
Preparation:
- Cut the crusts off 12 thin slices of white sandwich bread. Spread 6 slices of bread with whitefish salad (220 g).
- Top each sandwich with 1 teaspoon chopped pimento peppers, a few capers, and some chopped arugula.
- Spread Dijon mustard on the remaining 6 slices of bread and close the sandwiches. Cut into triangles.
