Kale salad with sesame seedstopcook.tomathouse.comPreparation:In a large bowl, combine 3 tablespoons vegetable oil, 2 tablespoons rice vinegar, 4 teaspoons sesame oil, 3 teaspoons lightly salted soy sauce, 2 teaspoons honey, and 1/2 teaspoon coarse salt. Chop 1 bunch of kale, add to the bowl with the dressing, and toss to combine. Let sit for 10 minutes. Add 3/4 cup chopped toasted walnuts and 2 tablespoons black sesame seeds.
