Raspberry jam with chia seeds

Ingredients:

  • 4 cups of raspberries
  • 1 cup of sugar
  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice
  • 1 tbsp. chia seeds

Preparation:

  1. Combine 4 cups of raspberries, 1 cup of sugar, and 2 tablespoons of lemon juice in a saucepan and bring to a boil over medium heat. Cook, stirring and mashing the berries, until the jam thickens, about 20 minutes.
  2. Remove from heat and add 1 tablespoon of chia seeds. Refrigerate until completely cool.
