Bellini cocktail with bourbon and black pepper

Ingredients:

  • 1.5 cups defrosted peaches
  • 0.5 cups bourbon

Preparation:

  1. Blend 1.5 cups of defrosted peaches with 0.5 cups of bourbon and 3 tablespoons of sugar in a blender until smooth.
  2. Pour into 6 champagne glasses, top with sparkling wine and sprinkle with black pepper.
