Fried peaches in wine topcook.tomathouse.com
Ingredients:
- Yellow peaches
- Red or white wine
Preparation:
- Halve the peaches lengthwise and remove the pits. Place the halves flat-side down on a preheated grill for about 3-4 minutes. Remove from the grill when grill marks appear and let cool. Slice and serve with a glass of red or white wine.
