Soy dipping sauce with ginger topcook.tomathouse.com
Ingredients:
- 0.5 cups lightly salted soy sauce
- 1/4 tbsp. rice vinegar
- 2 tbsp finely grated ginger
- 2 tbsp chopped green onions
- 2 medium cloves garlic, minced
- 2 teaspoons of sugar
- 1 tsp. sesame oil
Preparation:
- Place all ingredients in a jar, close the lid, and shake well. Serve as a dipping sauce for tempura or Chinese dumplings.
