Pineapple-mango juice

Ingredients:

  • 1 firm mango, peeled and pitted (about 2 cups pieces)
  • 2 cups pineapple chunks
  • 2 large juicy limes, peeled and white pith removed
  • 1 tbsp chia seeds (optional)

Preparation:

  1. Juice the mango, pineapple, and limes in the following order, according to your juicer's settings for each fruit. Stir in the chia seeds, if using, and let them soak for 5 minutes. Serve immediately, with ice if desired.
