Broccoli and Green Pea Stir-fry

Preparation:

In a large nonstick skillet, cook 2 tablespoons each chopped ginger, green onion, and garlic in vegetable oil over high heat until the vegetables are slightly softened, 1 minute. Add 5 cups broccoli florets (12 oz) and 1/4 cup water; season with salt. Cover and simmer until tender, about 3 minutes. Uncover, add 1 cup snow peas, and simmer, stirring, until bright green, about 2 minutes.
