Preparation:

Combine 2 tablespoons each melted butter and steak sauce with 1 minced garlic clove. Brush 4 ears of corn with 2 tablespoons of plain melted butter; grill over medium heat, turning, until lightly charred, 8 to 10 minutes. Brush with flavored butter and grill for 1 minute more. Season with salt, pepper, and finely chopped green onions.
