Lemon Ice (Quick Granita)

Preparation:

Combine the lemonade concentrate, gelatin, and sugar in a blender. Add ice to almost fill the blender and continue blending until the ice is crushed. Pour into glasses and serve.

Ingredients:

  • 1 can (45 g) frozen lemonade concentrate
  • 2 tablespoons packaged lemon jelly mix
  • 1 tbsp. sugar
  • Ice
